Dramatic cards can be impressive gifts. Stesha Bloodhart at StampinHoot.com created this spectacular card using a one-color palette–navy blue with a small use of white. Stesha uses several elements (stamping, die cut, card base) all in navy blue to give interest. She embossed the sentiment in white.
